Job summary

Alamo Group Inc. in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Corporate Payroll Coordinator to coordinate and process payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate pay for employees.

You will liaise with facility payroll staff to answer questions, provide solutions, and support decision-making. Ideal candidates have 2 years of college or an associate degree in accounting or related field, 3–5 years of payroll experience, and familiarity with ADP; a Bachelor's degree or CPP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and CPP certification is preferred.
• Three to five years of payroll experience; ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process payrolls for assigned companies.
• Maintain payroll records and timekeeping data with accuracy.
• Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies with HR and employees.
• Communicate with payroll staff at facilities to answer questions and provide solutions.
• Assist with 401(k) and other benefit-related payroll tasks as needed.
• Back up timekeeping/system administration duties as required.
