BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA seeks a Corporate Partner to join its Korean Practice. You will represent Korean-based companies in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, securities matters, and capital markets work.

The role requires developing and expanding client relationships, contributing to the growth of the Korean Practice, and providing strategic business advice. Candidates must be admitted in a U.S.
