Qualifications

• 3+ years of transactional experience in Private Equity, Capital Markets, and M&A matters is desired.
• Available to work overtime, as required.
• Previous law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporate entities.
• Coordinate closings and prepare related documents.
• Prepare legal opinions and assemble opinion back‑up.
