Zūm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal & Legal Program Manager to support a lean, fast-moving Legal function at its Redwood Shores, CA headquarters. You’ll lead corporate governance, entity management, and cross-functional initiatives with the GC, operations, finance, and electrification teams.

This high-volume role requires on-site presence 3x per week and a proven ability to drive complex projects, manage budgets, and coordinate outside counsel and vendors.

Competenze

• 5+ years as corporate paralegal or similar role.
• Governance and multi-state entity management experience.
• Experience with debt or equity financings from the paralegal side.
• Ability to escalate to GC and in-house attorneys when needed.
• Multitask with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
• Experience managing outside counsel and budgets.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Maintain corporate records for Zum and subsidiaries; prepare board materials.
• Manage formation, qualifications, and annual filing compliance.
• Support complex financings; manage closing checklists and certificates.
• Track compliance obligations and covenants; report to GC & Finance.
• Oversee government relations registrations and ethics compliance.
• Own Legal roadmap; drive cross-functional policy and records projects.
• Manage outside counsel, vendors, and legal spend reporting.
