Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience supporting corporate, commercial, transactional, or governance matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, organize, and maintain commercial agreements and legal documentation.
• Maintain corporate records and support governance and compliance requirements.
• Conduct legal research for investigations, audits, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate document collection related to legal disputes and inquiries.
• Assist with due diligence activities and contract administration.
• Support engagement with external legal advisors and monitor legal expenditures.
