Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for contracts, marketing, and precision? Join our client, a dynamic social media and marketing start-up, as a Part-Time Paralegal, providing critical support to streamline and refine agreements and processes. This fully remote position offers 20 hours of work per week with flexibility to accommodate your schedule, making it a fantastic opportunity for those seeking balance and professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Review, refine, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Ensure contracts align with legal parameters, including FTC compliance, and track changes across multiple documents.
• Collaborate with marketing and SaaS teams on influencer marketing agreements, production company contracts, and content deployment.
• Analyze and address legal gaps, finalize redlines, and maintain status trackers for all documents.
• Develop process documents and assist with client onboarding workflows.
• Provide white-glove support for contract reviews, pushing through questions or changes to ensure smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in contract review, drafting, and management, preferably in marketing or SaaS industries.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of how contractual changes impact related documents.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and DocuSign.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track and manage multiple document statuses efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pushback on legal agreements.
• Experience working in cross-functional, international teams across different time zones is a plus.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Hours: 20 hours per week with flexibility to meet deadlines.
• Remote: Work from anywhere, with ideal overlap in EST to align with international teams.
