• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
