Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support legal operations in a growing organization focused on construction law, contract management, and litigation support. The role is located in North Atlanta with a hybrid office environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or BA, and strong knowledge of construction contracts, lien filings, and e-discovery. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or a BA with at least 5 years of paralegal experience.
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law.
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic's liens, and construction law preferred.
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
