Confidential Employer in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support legal operations with a focus on construction law, contract management, and litigation support in a dynamic and growing organization. The role requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience, strong knowledge of construction contracts, and familiarity with e-discovery platforms.

The position supports collaboration with attorneys and external counsel in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
• 3–5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law
• Strong experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law preferred
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
