Latitude Legal Recruitment Limited seeks an in-house corporate paralegal/Legal Operations professional for its client in Austin, TX. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and coordinating commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows.

The position is full-time for 3–4 months with potential long-term opportunities, offering a hybrid work arrangement in Austin and a base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus full

3+ years as corporate, commercial contracts or transactional paralegal or legal operations professional.
Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology and services agreements.

Responsabilidades

Review, draft, redline and coordinate commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and supplier contracts, service agreements, equipment leases, purchase agreements and other business contracts.
Support contract negotiations and work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify potential risks and facilitate timely execution.
Utilize the company's AI-powered legal platform to assist with contract review, flag issues, manage workflows and improve efficiency.
Support procurement, operations and other business teams on commercial transactions and day-to-day contractual matters.
Assist with corporate governance, entity management, transactional documentation and other general corporate legal responsibilities as needed.
Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, document management and related legal processes.
Partner with a collaborative legal team on a variety of projects in a fast-paced, growing organization.

In-House Corporate Paralegal - Commercial Contracts & Legal Operations — Hybrid/ Full Time

Our client is an innovative energy and infrastructure company in need of a trusted corporate and commercial paralegal/legal operations professional to join the legal team and support its huge growth trajectory. The company has a lot of positive press and buzz, and is a rapidly growing, publicly traded company seeking support to join its collaborative in-house legal team in Austin, Texas. You will join a growing, well-resourced company where the legal team values initiative, collaboration, and practical problem-solving.

What You'll Do

Review, draft, redline and coordinate commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and supplier contracts, service agreements, equipment leases, purchase agreements and other business contracts.

Basic Requirements For The In-House Corporate Paralegal

Position Details Of The In-House Corporate Paralegal/Legal Operations

Type of Role: In-House Corporate Paralegal/Legal Ops
Schedule: Full time for approximately 3-4 months with more long term potential
Location: Austin, TX - hybrid, in office 2-3 days a week or more

Compensation

The base salary range The annualized pay for this position ranges from is $90,000–$120,000, with full benefits. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
