• Solid ERP use ability - Sage 300 currently used.
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies focused on cost efficiencies.
• Competent verbal and written communication at all levels and in negotiations.
• Desire to take a growth path to higher and broader leadership in continued stable growth and profitability of our company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand and supply forecasting with sales and production managers.
• Oversee logistics and warehousing operations.
• Enforce SOPs and ensure ERP accuracy and costing analysis.
• Oversee procurement: SOP enforcement and contract management.
• Manage outsourced IT systems, recycling & waste management, and utilities.
• Ensure government and contract compliance.

We are a stable, still growing 40-year-old mid-sized food manufacturer seeking a Corporate Operations Manager to take hands-on ownership of our operations function and being part of senior leadership. This is an impactful role for a person with strong business acumen and organizational skill. Starting salary range is $120,000-$135,000 with paid health insurance with family options, 401-K, paid holidays and vacations, and more.

Role Ownership:

Supply Chain Oversight:

• demand and supply forecasting coordination with sales and production managers

• internal materials control

Inventory Management:

• SOP enforcement
• accuracy enforcement in ERP
• report and costing analysis

Procurement Oversight

• SOP enforcement

Outsourced Service Management

• outsourced IT system

Government & Contract Compliance

Support:

Support Staff of Five:
