Responsibilities and practice

Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level securities associate with excellent academic credentials and 3–5 years of experience to join our rapidly growing Corporate Practice in our New York office.

The person hired for this position will work directly with partners, associates, and other team members on a wide range of securities, capital markets, and general corporate matters. The successful candidate can expect to assume such responsibilities as:

• Preparing and managing SEC and other regulatory filings and submissions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key legal documents and ancillary agreements for corporate and securities transactions
• Contributing to the coordination and execution of successful transactions, including public and private offerings, private placements, Regulation S offerings, and M&A transactions

Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position will be $260,000–$365,000 based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
