Job Description: Corporate Manager, F&B Retail Merchandising

Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office teams support our properties across the U.S., providing guidance in strategic planning, operations, revenue management, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and IT. This role is based at the Lakewood Regional Support Center on the Loews Hotels campus at Universal Orlando, FL.

What We're Looking For

A visionary and creative Corporate Manager of F&B Retail Merchandising to lead visual storytelling, product innovation, and customer engagement for Loews Hotels' Grab & Go outlets. You will bridge sourcing, operations, and marketing, steering the merchandising strategy to keep offerings fresh and trendsetting.

Collaborate with the SVP, F&B and Design to curate product lines, manage merchandising calendars, and craft guest experiences. Be at the forefront of defining what Grab & Go means for Loews Hotels.

What You'll Do
Merchandising & Product Sourcing
  • Develop and curate product assortments based on trends and insights
  • Plan seasonal product assortments
  • Manage SKU lifecycle and assortment planning
  • Oversee sourcing to meet customer needs
  • Maintain merchandising calendars and create planograms
  • Ensure aesthetic cohesion and brand storytelling
  • Merchandise products for F&B outlets
  • Implement schematics and merchandising materials
  • Conduct store visits and manage inventory
  • Enhance displays and product launches
  • Communicate with store personnel and management
  • Formulate pricing strategies and sales promotions
  • Collaborate with sourcing to meet cost targets
Marketing & Brand Support
  • Support go-to-market plans with product briefs
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and storytelling
  • Analyze product performance and feedback
  • Adjust marketing strategies as needed
  • Coordinate content for product launches
Other Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
  • Attend meetings and make presentations
  • Travel to manage projects and meet vendors
  • Complete mandatory training and maintain attendance
  • Work varying schedules; lift up to 40 pounds as needed
Your Experience Includes
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • 3-5 years merchandising experience in F&B retail
  • Knowledge of display techniques and inventory management
  • Experience with sales targets and budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel ~15%
