Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate corporate, operational, and legal processes to improve organizational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC filings and periodic disclosures, including Forms 1-A, 1-K, and 1-U.
  • Draft and file Blue Sky notifications through the EFD NASAA platform and maintain ongoing state securities law compliance.
  • Review and advise on real estate contracts, residential leases, and HOA documents.
  • Design internal compliance checklists, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with external counsel on documentation related to Regulation A offerings and real estate transactions.
  • Collect and analyze financial and operational data to prepare reports for senior management.
  • Utilize internal management systems to track performance metrics and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a closely related field.

Qualifications

  • 24 months of experience as a Management Analyst
  • Travel required: New York (~2x/month); California, Florida, Alabama (~1x/month each)
