Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a senior-level associate to join its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a strong understanding of acquisition agreements and related documentation.

Duties include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, managing client relationships, and collaborating on middle-market deal

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in M&A and private equity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the jurisdiction.
