Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2-7 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions and other sophisticated corporate transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong professional references.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and managing complex deal processes.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
