Atain Insurance Companies is seeking an experienced attorney to join its claims team in a role focused on insurance defense and coverage analysis. The position involves investigating and evaluating bodily injury, property damage, professional liability, and D&O claims, while strategizing to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients and the company.
You will provide counsel on coverage issues, communicate with policyholders and partners, and participate in mediations and settlement conferences.
