Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, with strong writing, research, and deposition skills, and be licensed in Illinois (Wisconsin/Indiana a plus).

Formación

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle all aspects of litigation cases.
• Strong legal writing.
• Sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to assume responsibility for an established active caseload promptly.
• Licensed and in good standing in the State of Illinois.
• License and in good standing in Wisconsin or Indiana is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage and advance litigation matters from review through trial readiness.
• Draft briefs and motions; conduct legal research.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and factual investigations.
• Assist with trial preparation and client communication.
• Prove strong writing and oral advocacy in a collaborative team setting.
