Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials Services, Copper and Brass Sales division, is seeking an instructional designer for a one-year contract with potential for full-time employment. The role focuses on designing and delivering engaging learning programs using Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia.

The position supports training across multiple business units, including aerospace and automotive sectors, and involves coordinating SME input, developing online and in-person modules, and evaluating program

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of instructional design experience in a business setting.
• Experience with traditional and modern training methods and LMS.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and LMS tools like Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia.
• MS Office proficiency and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training courses and curricula with SMEs.
• Create online and in-person training activities and assessments.
• Utilize multimedia to enhance learning experiences.
• Coordinate external content creation and manage vendors when needed.
• Coordinate training sessions and communicate events to teams.
• Evaluate training feedback and improve the program.
