Intersect is seeking a proactive Corporate Initiatives professional to drive executive decision‑making and cross‑functional alignment across our energy and data center programs.

We are developing and constructing multiple gigawatts of energy and data center projects in the U.S., enabling more data center and generation capacity to come online faster. We are currently looking for candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in‑person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.
As part of Intersect’s Corporate Initiatives team, you’ll help drive some of the company’s most visible and strategically important work. This role operates at the center of company leadership, supporting executive decision‑making, managing senior Google stakeholder engagement, and driving internal governance and cross‑functional alignment across Intersect’s highest‑priority initiatives.
Success in this position requires exceptional communication, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. You’ll partner across functions, influence without direct authority, and help ensure critical initiatives remain aligned, informed, and moving forward. The work is highly collaborative, fast‑paced, and offers unique exposure to executive leadership, governance processes, and enterprise‑scale strategic initiatives.
The Corporate Initiatives team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect’s mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. Working across leadership, operations, finance, technology, and strategic initiatives, the team helps ensure alignment on the company’s highest‑priority objectives. Through cross‑functional collaboration, executive communications, governance support, and strategic program execution, the team enables informed decision‑making and drives meaningful business outcomes at scale.
