Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Immigration Paralegal to support our attorneys with drafting and managing high-volume nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, accurate, and familiar with employment-based visa processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, and adjustment of status applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file employment-based NIV petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, and O-1.
• Prepare immigrant visa petitions including PERM-based I-140s, EB-1, EB-2, and adjustment of status applications.
• Draft forms and legal correspondence for USCIS, DOL, and DOS filings.
• Track and manage deadlines, visa expirations, and PERM timelines across multiple clients and employees.
• Collect and organize employer and employee documentation for filings.
• Coordinate with employers and HR contacts to ensure complete and accurate filings.
• Support attorneys in drafting responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and audit requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate immigration law.
• Deep familiarity with both nonimmigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, AOS) processes.
• Excellent drafting and organizational skills.
• Experience with immigration case management software (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix, Docketwise).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and matters efficiently and independently.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven.
