Job summary

Landing is seeking a Corporate Housing Account Manager to oversee our national accounts and support backend operations. You will manage top corporate clients, process reservations, and collaborate with Field Operations to schedule move-ins and inspections.

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to work daily at the corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients.
• Handle and address incoming reservation requests.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and occupant changes.
• Compile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients.
• Follow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients.
• Collaborate with Field Operations on maintenance issues.
• Assist VP with special projects to streamline processes.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Corporate Housing Account Manager to join our team and assist with managing our top corporate clients. As a Corporate Housing Account Manager, you’ll own and manage our larger national accounts and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks. You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients
• Handle and address incoming reservation requests
• Work with Landing’s Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changes
• Compile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients
• Follow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients
• Collaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issues
• Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes
