You will draft and review basic legal documents, prepare governance materials for executive meetings, and maintain subsidiary records for the bank and its subsidiaries.

The role emphasizes legal research, due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local matters.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification required.
• 5+ years of related experience in Legal or similar field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• High school diploma; some college or technical training preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and contracts.
• Prepare corporate governance materials such as Board agendas and minutes and maintain subsidiary records.
• Conduct legal research and support regulatory compliance across multiple practice areas.
