This position is suitable for a mid to junior-level professional and offers the opportunity to grow into complex responsibilities. Responsibilities include preparing corporate records, drafting legal agreements, and collaborating with HR and external counsel. Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in corporate law, trusts, governance, or contracts.
• Familiarity with LLC structures and legal documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Draft, review, and edit legal agreements under supervision.
• Assist with administration of trusts and corporate structure matters.
