Eagle Crest was established with the primary objective of offering specialized life insurance solutions, ensuring that clients take full advantage of unique opportunities and achieve and exceed their financial goals.
With roots in Canada and deep experience across both sides of the border, we specialize in life insurance solutions that work for clients whose lives, businesses, and families don't fit neatly into one country — or one strategy.
We're a broker, which means we work for you, not an insurance company. Our job is to find the right structure, the right carrier, and the right fit for your situation.
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will participate in the execution of corporate finance transactions, complex business valuations, corporate structure optimization, and sophisticated, high-scale insurance underwriting. These services will be provided in support of both ultra-high-net-worth clients and the firm itself, and under the supervision of an experienced execution team spanning the junior and senior levels, with long-time experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and other corporate finance disciplines.
This position will be a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for an intrinsically motivated individual seeking to satisfy client objectives while striving to create value.
Your role will include:
