Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture Finance team is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial operations, accounting and tax filing to support JV business. We collaborate closely with JV business, functional teams and other stakeholders to ensure financial health and integrity.

The role focuses on delivering rigorous financial analysis, building ROI frameworks and driving data quality to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• 5+ years of financial analysis, valuation or equivalent experience in advisory or industry, with a focus on technology, or related industries.
• Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting and presenting financial data with concise business drivers across scenarios, and drive actionable insights.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, quickly adapt to changes, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for JV financial analysis and presentation to both internal and external stakeholders, with clear articulation covering budget components, actual variance, forecast movements with rich business context and relevant drivers.
• Collaborate with Finance BP, Accounting, and other JV finance team members to identify financial data quality gap and areas in need of optimization; see through execution and continuously strive for financial data quality and depth to support insightful analysis.
• Develop ROI framework to evaluate business line at different stages, drive alignment / adoption with business and management, and measure such ROI with regular reporting and standard process.
• Identify efficiency opportunities in close collaboration with FBP; hold single source of truth of success metrics.
• Assist Finance Lead on ad hoc analytical requests.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance, financial management, and budgeting experience.
• Experience in valuation, industry / business model analysis. CPA/CFA credentials.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining data security and privacy.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129000 - $244800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
