Job summary

Prudential is seeking motivated finance students for the 2027 Corporate, Finance Internship Program (FIP) in Newark, NJ, a 10-week summer program designed to develop foundational finance and accounting skills with mentorship and feedback from leaders.

You will gain exposure to planning, analysis, and reporting within Global Finance and may present learnings to your team during the internship. This experience aims to identify top talent for future opportunities at Prudential.

Qualifications

• Student currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Note: Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position; US employment authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reconciliations and analysis of financial results.
• Collaborate with business partners on key deliverables.
• Analyze current financial operations and identify process improvements.
• Support special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
