K&L Gates seeks a midlevel Corporate Finance associate for its Charlotte or Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of sophisticated law firm experience in private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions.

Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated facilities and asset-based loans is required. Strong academics and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Formación

• Two to six years of sophisticated law firm experience in corporate finance.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities and asset-based loans.
• Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent lenders and borrowers in syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings.
• Work closely with experienced lawyers and mentor junior associates.
• Contribute to client service and project management in complex financing matters.
