About the Role

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Facilities Coordinator to support a growing healthcare company in Frisco, TX. As operations expand—particularly through acquisitions—we need a dependable and detail-oriented professional to help manage facilities and administrative needs at the office.

What You’ll Do

Mail & Shipping Management

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail/packages (especially acquisition-related documents)
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail via USPS, FedEx, UPS
  • Maintain logs of shipments as needed
  • Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies
  • Keep supply and storage areas organized
  • Track supply levels and initiate reorders as necessary

Facilities Support

  • Act as the main onsite contact for facility-related issues
  • Manage tasks like water dispenser maintenance and workspace setup/re-orgs

Meeting & Event Support

  • Set up conference rooms and refreshments for meetings and board events
  • Support technical readiness and clean-up post-meetings

General Administrative Support

  • Assist with filing, document prep, and basic data entry
  • Provide general office support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in facilities coordination or office support preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Able to lift office supplies or packages (up to 30 lbs)
  • Tech-savvy with email, spreadsheets, and office tools
  • Professional and courteous with internal and external contacts
  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
