Shirley Parsons is partnering with a global electrical manufacturing organization to hire a Corporate EHS Director based in Colorado. You will own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the global EHS program and training across operations, with daily duties in Fort Collins and travel to other sites.

This executive role requires an engineering degree, 10+ years leading EHS programs in industrial settings, and a proven ability to drive compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO

Qualifications

Job description

A global electrical manufacturing organization is seeking a Corporate EHS Director to own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the overall EHS program and training across its global operations. The incumbent will have an engineering degree and strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing and large-scale factory operations.

While the position is open to someone working out of Denver, the incumbent is expected to travel regularly to Fort Collins, CO.

The Role:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS programs, training, and management systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the global EHS program.
• Lead corporate EHS compliance efforts, adhering to global EHS regulations.
• Lead and manage the internal EH&S management process and supporting system, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Provide direction, oversight, and guidance for all aspects of EHS program implementation and training at the relevant company locations.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading EHS programs and teams, ideally working in an industrial, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated experience with corporate EHS program and training development and implementation.
• Able to travel across their global sites as required.
• Based in Fort Collins and able to travel to the office daily (this role does not offer hybrid/remote work)
