Job summary

Gee Automotive Companies is looking for a Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager to oversee safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs across its multi-location dealerships. This remote role, ideal for candidates located in CA or the Pacific Northwest, will focus on ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, managing hazardous waste, and developing compliance training programs. The salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000, coupled with robust employee benefits including insurance, 401(k) plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Multi-Store Automotive dealership experience is required.
• Knowledge of dealership sales and F&I compliance.

Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR and other Federal and State regulations
• Manage hazardous waste programs and environmental reporting requirements
• Ensure dealership safety meeting, inspection, and site audit compliance
• Administer and maintain KPA/ComplyAuto systems and reporting
• Oversee dealership Sales and F&I compliance programs
• Ensure all operational dealership documents are correct and legally compliant (i.e. sales forms, buyer’s orders, licensing paperwork, etc.)
• Develop and deliver safety, compliance, and regulatory training programs
• Lead corrective action programs and follow-up processes
• Partner with dealership leadership to promote a consistent safety culture

Location: Remote, based out of CA or the Pacific Northwest

Hybrid/In-Office options if based out of Orange County, CA or Portland, OR

Corporate EHS & Compliance Manager Qualifications

• Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory compliance
• Multi-Store Automotive dealership experience is required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEQ, BAR, and hazardous waste regulations
• Experience with KPA and/or ComplyAuto
• Knowledge of dealership sales and F&I compliance
• Strong communication, training, and organizational skills
• Experience programming forms in the DMS and CRM
• Experience with CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
