ChristianaCare is seeking an accomplished Corporate Director of Facilities & Engineering to provide enterprise leadership for Maintenance, Plant Operations and Facilities Engineering across our health system.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Facilities and Services, this role is designed for a leader who brings both technical credibility and executive-level leadership; so someone who understands complex building systems and skilled trades firsthand, has progressed into increasingly complex leadership roles, and can earn trust and influence at every level, from frontline teams to senior executives.

Annual Compensation Range $167,232.00 - $284,294.40This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
