Job summary

Zeno Group in the Chicago area is seeking an Account Executive, Corporate Digital to help brands and executives build visibility online through social and digital storytelling, research and measurement. You will craft content, manage editorial calendars and support executive thought leadership with timely topics and insights.

Work across earned, creative, paid media and analytics teams to deliver integrated programs that strengthen corporate reputation and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, corporate communications, B2B marketing or a related field within an agency or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop social content for corporate brands and executives, translating business priorities into clear, engaging communications across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Support executive social and thought leadership programs by identifying timely topics and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars, content plans and approval workflows for day-to-day program execution.
• Conduct audience, competitor, executive and industry research while monitoring social conversations and trends.
• Monitor social and digital performance, support client reporting and identify learnings for content optimization.
• Collaborate across earned media, creative, paid media, analytics and strategy teams to deliver integrated programs.
