Innova Solutions is actively seeking a Corporate Development Manager in Atlanta, GA, on a full-time contract basis (W2). The role emphasizes deal sourcing, due diligence coordination across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Product, and post-close integration tracking for acquisitions.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a “ Corporate Development Manager ” Position type: Full-Time Contract (W2) Role: “ Corporate Development Manager ” Duration: 6 + Months Contract Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite Role)

Must have required skills – Deal Sourcing and Pipeline, Screening Inbound CIMs, SaaS, AI/ML

Primary Skill Required for the Role:

• Coordinate diligence across Legal, Tax, Finance, and Product, and manage external advisors.
• Track post-close integration activities for recent acquisitions.
• Prepare transaction rationale and deal summaries for senior leadership and Board review.

The ideal candidate will have: Strong experienced as a Corporate Development Manager or Senior Manager to support the Client’s Corporate Development team across the full M&A lifecycle.
