Job summary

BrainWorks is seeking an M&A Associate to join the Corporate Development team in Chicago. The Associate will help lead the inorganic growth strategy and will be responsible for diligence, execution, and closing a high volume of acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory. This is an office-based role located in Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IB, PE, Corporate Development or Transaction Advisory.
