Candidate Experience Site - Lateral is seeking an Associate for Corporate Derivatives Underwriting (CDU) to manage underwriting from engagement to credit approval. You will develop independent credit views, identify risks and mitigants, and coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk, Legal, and Documentation teams to secure timely decisions.

You will apply rigorous analytical judgment to assess credit quality, challenge assumptions, and produce clear underwriting memoranda, while building knowledge of

• Strong understanding of corporate finance.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary underwriter on a broad range of transactions from engagement to credit approval.
• Develop independent credit views and identify key risks and mitigants.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk, Legal and Derivatives Documentation teams to support timely decisions.
• Contribute to underwriting memoranda with clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
