The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

Role Overview:

RTX Enterprise Services Digital Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Operations Lead to support the Corporate CISO. This individual will report to the Enterprise Services Cybersecurity Business Operations Director and dash-line report to the Corporate CISO.

This Role Entails:

  • Strategy: leading strategic, investment and transformation planning, supporting OneRTX transformation and maturity efforts, and defining mechanisms to gauge customer satisfaction and service delivery effectiveness
  • Operations: Prioritizing the portfolio and book of work to align execution to strategy, implementing and running BU CISO leadership cadences (e.g. weeklies, offsites, all hands), supporting AOP planning and budget performance (financial forecast/actuals tracking).
  • Executive Communications: Overseeing monthly reporting and supporting all Corporate CISO communications (e.g. ad hoc briefings, management letters)
  • Strategy Service Liaison: Serving as the connective tissue between the Corporate BU CISO tower and Strategy & Transformation capabilities, including PMO, maturity, process improvement, engagement, training & awareness.
  • Special Projects: Identifying and executing on opportunities for process improvement. Helping where needed, which may include: leading team culture efforts (e.g. leadership handbook, water coolers), knowledge management (e.g. team Sharepoint / Teams), Digital Risk Council, etc. as directed by the Corporate CISO.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide staff executive and business operations support to the Corporate CISO
  • Enable cybersecurity strategy development & deployment
  • Drive operational cadences with Corporate Cybersecurity senior leadership team to efficiently execute on strategy
  • Support Corporate Cybersecurity storytelling up/across/down/out
  • Execute special projects in support of Corporate CISO
  • Support efforts to mature cybersecurity business operations function

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 12 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 10 years experience.
  • 10+ years experience in program management, strategic planning, execution leadership, operations management, and/or information management
  • 5+ years exposure to broad range of cybersecurity capabilities (e.g. risk management, architecture, defense, strategy)
  • 5+ years strategy & operations experience within a large, complex organization
  • 3+ years experience with Executive communications
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Proven ability to operate at executive level, synchronizing and coordinating global leadership teams
  • Chief of staff, integration leader, staff executive or similar experience
  • Cyber and/or risk management certifications (e.g. CISM)

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
