The candidate will provide legal support across the product lifecycle, advise on IP strategy, negotiate complex agreements, and develop standardized templates to improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal practice experience.
• Experience in intellectual property (patents/trademarks), product counseling, engineering-related legal matters, or technology transactions.
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial law principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to product, engineering, and business teams on development, launch, and lifecycle matters.
• Advise on IP issues including patents, licensing, protection, and clearance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, technology, and product-related agreements.
• Manage end-user license agreements (EULAs) and customer-facing terms for B2B and B2C offerings.
• Develop templates and processes to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in technology and aviation sectors.
