Summary of Job Description:
The Corporate Counsel is responsible for negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts as well as franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, and other M&A transactions under the oversight of a senior attorney.The Corporate Counsel may also work on special projects, including litigation and compliance, and provides general legal support within the Corporate Legal Department and to other departments.The Corporate Counsel may develop and coach paralegals and less experienced attorneys.

Pay Range: L2: $136,500-158,000/ Annual
