As a Corporate Counsel, Special Projects, you will serve as a primary attorney for an Amazon research & development function, and partner with your clients to develop, market, and distribute new-to-world products and services. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Key Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior business leaders on a broad range of legal and business matters.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
