Job summary

TRAC, headquartered in Princeton, NJ, seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team and report to the General Counsel. The role advises senior leadership on legal, regulatory, and risk management issues and shapes Company strategy.

You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements and coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams. The position requires a JD, NJ Bar admission, and 3–5 years of experience in litigation, collections, claims, and insurance matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research and analyze complex legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to senior leadership and support regulatory and risk management strategies.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, settlement documents, and confidentiality agreements.
• Manage outside counsel, insurers, and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on policy implications.
• Support litigation, claims, and insurance defense activities.
