Ocean Spray is seeking an in-house Attorney to provide legal counsel across a broad range of matters, with a focus on litigation support, contract development, and risk management for a global consumer packaged goods company and agricultural cooperative. This hybrid role is based at our Lakeville, MA headquarters, with Mondays and Fridays remote.

The successful candidate will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, guide regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (Required).
• At least 3 years of experience in a legal role.
• Strong analytical, research and communication skills.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on legal matters.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel across litigation, contracts, and compliance for a global consumer packaged goods company and agricultural cooperative.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including IP licensing, co-pack, and ingredient supply agreements.
• Advise cross-functional teams on legal risk and regulatory compliance.
• Support patent development and registration and manage IP protection strategies.
