With a team of approximately 80 professionals dedicated to operational excellence and continued growth, our client offers the chance to work directly with executive leadership while helping shape the legal and business strategy of an organization poised for significant expansion. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Provide practical legal guidance on business operations, risk management, and corporate matters.
• Develop and implement contract management processes and legal best practices.
• Advise on regulatory, compliance, and governance matters affecting the business.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support strategic initiatives and company growth.
• Manage outside counsel relationships as needed.
• Help establish and scale the legal department as the company’s first in‑house attorney.

Qualifications
