Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Corporate Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements for our fuels marketing business. You will collaborate with the Legal Department and business teams to support strategic transactions, real estate, and financing activities.

Ideal candidates hold a JD with MA licensure (or admitted elsewhere) and 2–4 years of transactional or corporate law experience, with strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• J.D. and Massachusetts license preferred or admitted in another state.
• 2–4 years experience in transactional or corporate law.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including fuel supply and vendor contracts.
• Provide practical legal support for fuels marketing, real estate, and financing activities.
• Oversee outside counsel on pre-litigation disputes and strategic transactions.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify legal risks and solutions.
