• Identify legal risks and recommend practical, business-oriented solutions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Project Execution, Procurement, Compliance, and IT on contract negotiations and project execution
• Advise on key contractual provisions: liability allocation, indemnification, warranties, IP, payment terms, compliance, and dispute resolution
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies
• Support legal operations, contract lifecycle management, policy development, and employee training
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on risk mitigationCollaborate with external counsel for niche or jurisdiction-specific matters
