Job description

LHH is partnering with a well-established, privately held technology company to recruit a Corporate Counsel. The focus of this position will be on managing, drafting, and negotiating various vendor agreements for the organization. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

At least 3 years' experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing vendor contracts as a primary function of your previous role is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, draft, and review all manner of vendor contracts including technology agreements, service agreements, and real estate agreements among other contracts of varying complexity.
• Advise on matters of data privacy
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate agreements and advise on matters of risk management and compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of solid experience negotiating and drafting complex contracts
• Prior in-house experience strongly preferred
• Applicants must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in current jurisdiction
