Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions in Tampa, FL seeks a Corporate Attorney to manage the full contract lifecycle for client and vendor agreements. You will draft, review, and administer contracts, support COIs and licensing, and collaborate with Operations and Finance on onboarding and governance.

You will serve as the primary legal contact in Tampa, reporting to the General Counsel in Ohio, and help improve processes and systems across a growing legal department.

Qualifications

• The candidate must hold a JD and be admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
• 1–3 years of relevant in-house or corporate law experience preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume contract environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle including drafting, redlining, approval routing, execution, and renewal.
• Support corporate records, licensing, COIs, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance on onboarding and vendor relationships.
• Assist with litigation support and governance activities as needed.
