Job summary

Raydar in San Francisco seeks a Corporate Counsel to own commercial contracting as the first in-house attorney. You will draft, review, and redline MSAs, SOWs, data licenses and DPAs, and work with leadership on contract matters.

You’ll improve templates and playbooks, coordinate with outside counsel, and support adjacent legal needs as the business grows. 3–6 years, JD, active CA bar, in‑house startup experience; onsite three days per week; visa transfers supported.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts.
• In-house experience at an early-stage or growing startup.
• Comfort using AI tools in legal workflows.
