The role requires comfort explaining legal and business concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders, as well as developing templates, playbooks, and best practices that help the business operate efficiently and consistently.**Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and deliver the organization's legal service with guidance from senior colleagues.* Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.* Contribute to the formation of a key element of functional strategy through specialist expertise and insights, to ensure that the strategy meets business needs.* Draft policies, procedures, and related guidelines within an area of expertise to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.* Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team.
