We’re seeking a Corporate Counsel with experience in providing legal and regulatory advice and counsel regarding a variety of matters including but not limited to: (1) consumer financial services laws (2) building new and/or enhanced consumer financial products and services, (3) contract work, and (4) interaction and/or communication with regulators. J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, preferably South Carolina.

Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
